Holy Cross Parents
The tradition of
Holy Cross High School and Catholic education are God, school and family.
Holy Cross strives to reinforce that connection through activities and
events such as the Father Daughter Dance, the Annual Clothing Drive, Cross’
Corner Bookstore, the Magazine Drive, The Golf Outing to name a few. These
along with many Booster Clubs and Athletic Team Parent Associations are just
samplings of the various ways that Holy Cross Parents are involved in our
Holy Cross Community. Parents are encouraged to check our Daily Bulletin and
our Online Cross Cares monthly newsletter at this link.
The Holy Cross PTA has been designed to enrich the relationship between
students, parents and staff. The general aim of the Holy Cross PTA is to
build interpersonal relationships amongst the people of the Holy Cross
Community, while also enabling parents to demonstrate a sense of school
spirit while supporting their children and their choice to attend Holy Cross
High School. The PTA is an
organization that supports
Holy
Cross High School through much needed
volunteer work at various events that take place throughout the year. The
mission of the Holy Cross PTA is to promote interaction between the parents
of Holy Cross students by participation in charitable activities. New
members are always welcome. A list of Committees and Committee Heads are
provided; please contact designated Committee Heads with PTA questions.
The many Holy Cross High School Booster Clubs and Athletic Associations
promote interaction between parents, coaches, staff, moderators and students
of Holy Cross’ athletic and club activities. The goals of these
organizations are varied but the benefits are many. They include extending
the spirit of cooperation throughout Holy Cross as well as supporting the
community through fundraising. Not only do the parents involved in Parents’
Associations at Holy Cross form lifelong friendships with each other, they
also create memories while building stronger relationships with their
students. All parents are invited to participate in any way they are able.
We welcome your involvement! |
