Holy Cross is a community built on
years of success – academic and athletic, spiritual and
social, within our classrooms and out among our
communities. Contributing to that success is a strong and
vital sense of purpose that is shared by all of our
students, faculty, and administration.
Students join the Holy Cross community
by choice: they choose to take themselves seriously as
students, and to respect the students and teachers with whom
they share their experiences.
In addition, Holy Cross students choose
to enter a true college preparatory environment, where class
format, curriculum choices, and the infusion of technology
into everyday learning mirror the challenges and
opportunities that await each student on today’s college
campuses.
If this sounds like the choice you’re
ready to make, I encourage you to join us at Holy Cross.
Holy Cross is selective, yet recognizes
its mission to serve a broad spectrum of students. All
eighth grade students applying to Holy Cross High School are
required to take our Placement Exam. For scholarship
purposes, this test must be taken on November 8th.
The admissions decision is based on:
-
Elementary school test scores,
-
Elementary school grades
-
Teacher or counselor recommendations
-
Placement Exam results
Holy Cross does not discriminate on the
basis of race, color, religious beliefs, national and/or
ethnic origin in the administration of its educational
policies, scholarship and financial aid programs, athletic
and/or school-administered programs.

admissions can be directed to Kevin Esmond, Director of
